New-build apartments ALPsmart in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time in the quite place next to kids playground and a forest. With a bus you can get free of charge to 3 main ski resorts (Hochoetz, Solden, Obergurgl-Hochgurgl).

In the Ötztal Valley, Tyrol, there are three main ski resorts:

Hochoetz is a family-friendly resort with a calm atmosphere and scenic views.

Sölden is a popular resort with an extensive ski area, including two glaciers, ensuring snow from October to May.

Obergurgl-Hochgurgl is a high-altitude and more exclusive resort.

You are welcome to use sauna in the house two times a week free of charge. Please reserve convenient time for you one day before.

Ski room has a professional hot air boots dryer for 10 pairs, as well as mounts for both skies and snowboards. Additionally you can leave there wet clothes
