Dear guests,

 

we are happy to welcome you in the ALPsmart apartments. We will do everything we can to make your stay pleasant and will be grateful for positive review afterwards.

Here is some information.

1. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please contact us via WhatsApp (Sergey +436805595777 or Irina +436801429999).

2. Please close the house, when you are leaving. (The key on the inside of the main door always stays there.)

3. Wifi password is in the box over the oven.

4. Please leave your shoes in the hallway (outside the apartment).

5. No bikes and Ski boots in the apartment! If you need a safe place for your bikes please discuss it with us. Skis and Ski boots please leave in ski room.

6. It is prohibited to smoke in the house, but you can smoke outside on the terrace.

7. Please respect other guests and be quite from 22:00 till 08:00

8. You can find Nespresso capsules for the first time. If you need more, you can buy it in Spar or in Mpreis, please check if they are made for Nespresso. We can advise Starbucks capsules.

9. If you need some more paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs or something in the kitchen please let us know.

10. If you need once to wash the towels or your ski clothes, please let us know. We will do it for you.

11. Please recycle the rubbish. Important is to sort plastic (tetrapak, pet bottles, plastic bags, etc),  metal, glass, paper and bio, everything else goes to Restmüll. You will find separate bins outside. If you have problems feel free to ask us.

12. There is smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and Eurosport player. If you need some assistance or TV looses connection with internet please let us know and we will help.

13. You can adjust light in the living room with AEG remote control.

For Winter

• There is a ski room with boots dryer in the basement, you are welcome to use it. But the stairway is steep, so it would be safer for you to change your ski boots on the ground floor and then bring them to dryer. Please don’t leave ski boots in the apartments. Ski boots dryer switches with a timer mostly during the night. If you want to dry your shoes during the day, please let us know. (Please don’t change any timer settings on your own).

Only for Apartment "Sunrise" with 2 bedrooms

• Please close retractable roof on the terrace during strong wind and rain as well as during the night and when you are leaving for a longer time.
