All about location of ski lifts

Hochötz/Kühtai - 1 km to Acherkogelbahn lift📍 – 3 min with a car or 14 min walk
Soelden - 29 km to Giggijoch lift📍 – 30 min with a car.
Obergurgl-Hochgurgl - 40 km to Hochgurglbahn lift📍 – 45 min with a car

100 meters to a bus stops📍. Apartments ALPsmart in the village Habichen has good location near the bus stops. With a bus you can get free of charge (with inside card or skipass) to 3 main ski resorts.

Because of the great location next to motorway you can make ski safari on the different ski resorts: -

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis - 52 km to Waldbahn lift – 50 min with a car.
Ischgl - 62 km to Silvretta lift – 57 min with a car.
Glacier Pitztal - 52 km to Pitz-Express lift – 56 min with a car.
St. Anton am Arlberg - 57 km to Nasserein lift – 47 min with a car.
Seefeld - 43 km to Rosshütte lift – 41 min with a car

Ötztal Guest Card

The Guest Card is included in your booking and will be sent to you in digital form by email after completing the Pre-Check-In either up to 14 days before arrival or, at the latest, on your day of arrival.

Your free Guest Card includes the following benefits & services:

Free use of public transport in winter, or -30% discount in summer
Price reductions on many activities and adventures
Free participation in the Guest Card program

There is another card - the Ötztal Summer Card - which is valid from early June until mid-October. Our prices do not include Summer Card.

You can always purchase the Summer Card separately on site or online, for the exact days you wish to use it. The Summer Card is especially worthwhile if you plan to use several mountain lifts on the same day. Most other activities in the valley are reasonably priced even without the card.

Hikes options in Oetztal valley

1,1 км – 14 min from the apartment to famous and beautiful bridge Wellerbrücke over whitewater river Ötztaler Ache. This place is famous because of the world kayaking championships – Sickline.

For summer hikes you will find signs to Piburgersee, Armelen hut, Seejochl view point near this bridge.

Piburger See

2 km – 30 min hike to on of the most beautiful and warm lakes in Tirol – Piburger See.

During cold weather in the winter there are ice skating trails (your own ice skates are needed).

Widiversum

1,2 км – 14 min walk to Acherkogelbahn lift, which brings you up to the 2020 m hight in Hochoetz – Widiversum. Here starts lots of high mountain tracking routes and big kids playground.
