Additional fees:

 

Studio final cleaning € 75,00.

Apartment final cleaning € 110,00.
Local tax € 5,00 person per night (for ages 15 and above).
Additional person is allowed for additional € 30,00 per night.

Booking and cancellation conditions:

 

During the high season, minimal stay is 5-7 nights. In the off-season, it is 3-4 nights.

​

A 60% prepayment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer 2 weeks before check-in.

​

Booking can be canceled free of charge up to 2 months before the arrival date.

After this, the following fees apply:
30% of the total agreed price by 59 - 30 days before the arrival date;
60% of the total agreed price by 29 - 10 days before the arrival date;
90% of the total agreed price within the last 9 days before the arrival date

Check In from 16:00 to 22:00, and Check Out till 10:00.
