Price for 2 persons per night - depends on the season 

Apartment "Sunrise"

Price for 4 persons per night - depends on the season 

Special offer: Book 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday – pay for 6

Additional fees:

Studio final cleaning € 40,00.

Apartment final cleaning € 55,00.
Local tax € 3,50 per person (from 15 years old) per night.
Additional person is allowed for additional € 10,00 per night.

Booking and cancellation conditions:

During the high season minimal stay is 5 nights, in the off-season – 3 nights.

Prepayment for booking is 50%, the rest is payed with a bank transfer 10 days before check-in.

Booking can be canceled without a fee 3 month before arrival date. After this following fees are applied:
+ 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
+ 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
+ 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival

Check In from 16:00 to 22:00, and Check Out till 10:00.
